Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the dyeus application ("dyeus", "the App", "the Service"). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use dyeus.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dyeus (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Who We Are

dyeus is a psychological navigation application that combines astrology, Jungian psychology, and human self-narrative to deliver personalised daily guidance. The Service is operated by dyeus and provided to users as a digital companion product.

dyeus is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic service. Nothing in the App constitutes professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use dyeus. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

dyeus is not intended for use by minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

3. Account Registration

To access dyeus, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and contact details. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that we believe have been compromised.

4. The Service

4.1 What dyeus Provides

dyeus delivers personalised content generated by a combination of proprietary astrological calculation engines, a tone personalisation engine, and large language model (LLM) inference. Outputs include:

• Tailwind - daily guidance based on planetary transits to your natal chart
• Arc - weekly and monthly directional guidance based on your astrological period (dasha)
• Birth Chart - behavioural interpretation of your natal planetary placements

4.2 Nature of Content

All content produced by dyeus is generated for reflective, personal development, and entertainment purposes only. The App uses astrology and psychological frameworks as a lens for self-exploration. It does not predict future events with certainty, and its outputs should not be used as the basis for significant life decisions without independent judgement.

dyeus is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to: medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or relationship counselling.

4.3 AI-Generated Content

Content within dyeus is produced using artificial intelligence. While we train and calibrate our systems carefully, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or not applicable to your specific circumstances. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated output.

5. User Data and Privacy

5.1 Personal Information We Collect

To deliver the Service, dyeus collects and processes the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data: name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth
• Contact data: email address, phone number
• Onboarding data: psychological profile responses, self-described patterns and goals
• Usage data: interaction history, output history, engagement patterns
• Memory data: journal entries, contextual notes, and accumulated personal narrative (where applicable)

5.2 How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Service. Specifically:

• Birth data is used to calculate your natal chart and ongoing planetary transits
• Onboarding and profile data is used to calibrate tone and personalisation
• Usage and memory data is used to build longitudinal understanding of your patterns over time

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.

5.3 Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.4 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5.5 Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability where technically feasible

6. Sensitive Data

Birth data - particularly birth time and location - is treated as sensitive personal information within our systems. Psychological profile data and personal narrative content submitted through the App is similarly treated with heightened care.

By providing this data, you explicitly consent to its processing for the purpose of delivering the personalised Service described in these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The dyeus name, logo, product design, astrology engine, tone engine, proprietary frameworks, and all content generated by the Service are owned by or licensed to dyeus. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7.2 Your Content

Any content you submit to dyeus - including journal entries, notes, and profile responses - remains your property. By submitting content, you grant dyeus a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying logic of our engines
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or provide false registration information
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or exploit others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

9. Subscriptions and Payments

dyeus may offer paid subscription tiers. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card information.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of astrological or AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• That the Service will meet your expectations or requirements

dyeus does not guarantee any outcome - personal, professional, or otherwise - as a result of using the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dyeus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

12. Mental Health and Wellbeing

dyeus is a self-exploration tool. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition.

Nothing in dyeus should be used as a substitute for professional mental health support.

13. Third-Party Services

dyeus integrates with third-party services including AI inference providers and cloud infrastructure. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

Links or references to third-party services do not constitute endorsement.

14. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason we deem necessary.

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
